Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.  Etcetera Inc. is on Eastern Standard Time.

Returns and credit for defective, damaged, or incorrect items can be handled by our Customer Service Department.  Please call for return authorization and instructions.

Etcetera Inc. will promptly re-ship any replacement item.  At Etcetera Inc. your satisfaction is guaranteed!

Claims must be reported to Etcetera Inc. at the time of delivery.  Damages must be signed for at the time of delivery.  Report all shortages, damages or errors to Etcetera Inc. within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

A standard 20% restocking fee and additional freight charges will be applied to undamaged returns on stock items in their original packaging. Drop ship and special order items are subject to their manufacturer’s return policy and would be investigated/quoted upon notification.

Manufacturer Warranties vary between vendors.  Ectetera Inc. will pass on all available manufacturer warranties whenever possible.

Limitation of Liability:  Etcetera Inc’s sole liability for goods sold is limited. Etcetera Inc. will determine whether to repair or replace goods, or crediting you for the purchase price of the goods. Etcetera Inc. will not be liable for any incidental or consequential losses, damages, or expenses directly or indirectly arising from the sale, handling, or use of any products, or from any other cause. You must submit all claims to us in writing within thirty (30) days from the date you received goods.
