Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours. etcetera … international is on Eastern Standard Time.

Returns and credit for defective, damaged, or incorrect items can be handled by our Customer Service Department.  Please call for return authorization and instructions. etcetera … international will promptly re-ship any replacement item.  At etcetera … internationalyour satisfaction is guaranteed!

Claims must be reported to etcetera … international at the time of delivery.  Damages must be signed for at the time of delivery.  Report all shortages, damages or errors to etcetera … international within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

A standard 20% restocking fee and additional freight charges will be applied to undamaged returns on stock items in their original packaging. Drop ship and special order items are subject to their manufacturer’s return policy and would be investigated/quoted upon notification.

Manufacturer Warranties vary between vendors. etcetera … international will pass on all available manufacturer warranties whenever possible.

Limitation of Liability:  etcetera … international‘s sole liability for goods sold is limited. etcetera … international will determine whether to repair or replace goods, or crediting you for the purchase price of the goods. etcetera … international will not be liable for any incidental or consequential losses, damages, or expenses directly or indirectly arising from the sale, handling, or use of any products, or from any other cause. You must submit all claims to us in writing within thirty (30) days from the date you received goods.
